The Terms of Service for Dummies

I sometimes wonder if perhaps people just don't understand the legal jargon used in the Wajas Terms of Service (hereafter called the ToS). For a few days, then, I'm going to take a chunk of the ToS and attempt to decipher it into layman's terms, so that the average user can understand what is expected. Sound fair?

Wajas, INC ("http://www.wajas.com", "Http://www.wajas.net","http://www.wajas.org", "Wajas", "site") provides its services to you subject to the following Terms Of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of our TOS at http://wajasdev.com/terms_of_service.php.

Translation: Wajas only allows you to play the site as long as you adhere to the ToS. The administrator of the site can change the ToS without notice, and it is still your duty to keep up-to-date on the changes.

Wajas, INC is an online virtual gaming site involving, but not limited to, virtual pets, it's own virtual currency, virtual items, and other virtual services/properties.

Translation: Wajas is an online pet game. It includes pets, currency, items, and other features.
